Fabian Walden specialises in litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents national and international companies in disputes concerning all areas of business and commercial law.
His practice focuses on enforcement proceedings and disputes arising in crisis situations, such as distressed debt, corporate restructuring or insolvency. He is a member of the firm's Insolvency Disputes and Real Estate Litigation Skills Groups.

Fabian studied law and business administration at EBS Law School in Wiesbaden and St. Petersburg State University in Russia. He served his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stages at the German Federal Ministry of Defence and at international law firms. He was admitted to the bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2020. As reserve officer he regularly serves in the armed forces.
