About
Ben Underwood is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice based in New York.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Ben worked at the Central American Refugee Center where he served as a Pro Bono Scholar assisting with client intake, motion practice, and relevant immigration processes. Ben previously worked at Freshfields as a summer associate where he assisted on complex litigation and arbitration matters. Ben served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Ben earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where he was an Associate Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A. in political science from Boston College.
