Tensin is an Associate (Rechtsanwältin) in our Vienna office and a member of the firm's Dispute Resolution and Global Sanctions and Trade Group. Her practice focuses on sanctions, export controls, international trade law, and related compliance matters.
Tensin advises international clients on the impact of sanctions and trade controls on their businesses, on sanctions and export controls compliance, and on the sanctions and trade dimensions of cross-border transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financings. She also supports clients in designing and implementing trade controls compliance management systems and advises on anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption compliance.
She regularly serves as an external lecturer at the University of Vienna, where she co-teaches a course on Economic Sanctions in Law and Practice. Prior to joining Freshfields, she worked in academia. During her LL.M. at the National University of Singapore, she participated in the International Economic Law Clinic, where her team advised the Kingdom of Thailand on Compulsory Licenses and International Investment Treaties.
