Dominik Storms advises national and international clients on all aspects of collective and individual employment law.
Dominik Storms is part of Freshfields’ global People & Reward practice and advises on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on the employment aspects of domestic and international transactions and complex employment-related restructurings. He supports clients in negotiations with works councils and trade unions and advises on works council and co-determination matters. His practice also covers the drafting and negotiation of employment, service and separation agreements, particularly for senior management, as well as remuneration matters, including management board remuneration, and the design and implementation of employee incentive programmes.
He also advises on the full range of individual employment law matters and represents clients in employment-related disputes before the German labour courts.
