Rufus is an Associate in the commercial dispute resolution group.
Rufus has experience in litigation before various UK courts and in corporate investigations. He also advises clients on global compliance matters, including financial and trade sanctions, anti-fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, and anti-money laundering.
Rufus has an active pro bono practice, advising on human rights, housing and asylum matters.
During his time at Freshfields, Rufus has been on secondment to one of the firm’s pro bono clients, the Asylum Support Appeals Project. He has also spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
