Alessandra is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group in New York.
Alessandra represents clients on a range of multi-jurisdictional matters including white collar and government investigations, international litigations, and compliance and enforcement issues related to economic sanctions, export controls, and anti-bribery matters.
Alessandra's recent experience includes:
- Advising a government contractor in connection with an SDNY public corruption investigation related to members of the New York City Mayor Eric Adams administration;
- Advising multinational maritime company in connection with potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and compliance-related risks;
- Advising current and former employees of a global auto manufacturer in emissions-related regulatory and criminal investigations;
- Advising private equity and investment firms on compliance with sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery and anti-money laundering rules in connection with acquisitions and investments, including developing and rolling out compliance programs and disclosing breaches to government regulators; and
- Advising multinational corporations and investors around the world in conducting sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery, and customs compliance due diligence, assessments and investigations, in response to allegations and in connection with transactions.
