Justin is an Associate in our dispute resolution practice.
He advises and represents German and international clients in complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. A particular focus of his practice is on matters involving investors and the financial industry. He works on sophisticated contentious proceedings and supports clients with strategic advice on dispute risk, including pre-litigation risk assessments.
He speaks German, English, Slovak and Czech.

- Advising an industrial client on a corporate dispute within an international group of companies regarding breaches of directors’ duties

- Pro bono advice to an international NGO in the field of legal reform and human rights
