He regularly acts for multinational companies in multi‑jurisdictional litigation, ICC arbitrations, antitrust damages claims, and matters involving major financial scandals. His experience includes representing financial institutions, global payments providers, automotive manufacturers, investment funds, and companies in the tech and life sciences sectors.
Mario is admitted to practice law in Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a basic knowledge of German.

- Representing a major international bank in an ongoing litigation case in Madrid, initiated by an ex-top executive of the bank regarding a series of scandals involving financial derivatives portfolios resulted in losses of more than 6 billion euros;
- Representing an international investment fund on the litigation arising from its acquisition of a roughly 33% stake in a major Spanish infrastructure company; and
- two leading life science companies in antitrust damages claims amounting to over 900 million euros.
