Daniel is a key practitioner in the firm’s dispute resolution team, bringing over two decades of experience guiding clients through complex and high‑value conflicts.
He advises multinational companies on a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including multi‑jurisdictional litigation, arbitration proceedings, antitrust damages actions, sophisticated construction disputes—both judicial and arbitral—as well as insolvency‑related proceedings. His track record spans major automotive manufacturers, project owners, contractors and project managers involved in large‑scale construction projects, as well as debtors and creditors navigating insolvency scenarios.
Daniel is admitted to practice law in Spain and is fluent in English and Spanish.
- Representing of an automobile manufacturer in follow‑on actions arising from sanctions imposed by national regulator;
- Representing the project owner on the termination of an EPC contract and the pursuit of damages under an arbitration proceeding;
- Advising a German industrial group on the termination of more than fifty high‑value distribution agreements, as well as on the litigation arising from those terminations; and
- Representing an international investment fund on the litigation arising from its acquisition of a roughly 33% stake in a major Spanish infrastructure company.
