Lydia Ream

Lydia is a senior associate in our commercial dispute resolution group, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation, collective proceedings and mass claims.

Lydia has acted in a range of complex cases before the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. She has also advised on matters before the General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union.

She is a key member of the team defending three rail-related collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and appellate courts. She also has extensive experience in coordinating cross-border litigation, including mass claims spanning jurisdictions such as Spain and Portugal.

During her time at Freshfields, Lydia has spent six months on secondment to the firm's New York office.
