Scott is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice group based in Silicon Valley, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Scott was an appellate fellow at Horvitz & Levy LLP and an associate at Milbank LLP, where he advised on domestic and international commercial debt and securities transactions. During law school, Scott assisted with civil rights claims at Disability Rights Wisconsin. Scott received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, his M.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College, and his B.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from Pomona College.
