Dinara is an associate in our Paris office, specialising in international treaty and commercial arbitration, as well as commercial litigation.
Dinara has acted as counsel in numerous disputes in the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, and ICAC, across a broad range of sectors including energy and natural resources, aviation and aerospace, infrastructure, and finance and banking.
Dinara also has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border commercial litigation before English and Russian courts. She is qualified in England & Wales and in Russia.

Dinara’s selected experience includes representing:
- two international banks in an ICC arbitration (Paris seat) and parallel proceedings in the English High Court and Russian courts related to English law-governed bonds;
- leading aerospace corporations in several LCIA and ICC arbitrations (London/Paris/Geneva seats) against purchasers of aircraft and engines, and proceedings in the English High Court in aid of the LCIA arbitration;
- a leasing company in LCIA arbitrations brought by a CIS-based airline concerning disruption of an aircraft lease agreement following the imposition of sanctions on the client’s parent company;
- an international healthcare company in an ICC arbitration against a European State arising from a hospital concession contract;
- a major infrastructure company in an ICC arbitration (London seat) arising from alleged breaches of an English law-governed EPC contract in relation to a toll road;
- a major Russian developer in a US$200 million ICC arbitration (London seat) arising from an English law-governed contract for the construction of a business centre in Moscow;
- a major Russian energy company and its group companies in commercial arbitration before the SCC and investment arbitration before the ICSID in connection with Georgia’s breaches of its commitments in respect of electricity tariffs;
- a company in a number of arbitration and litigation proceedings in connection with a project for construction of a railway in Libya that was interrupted by a civil war in 2011;
- a major Russian energy company in arbitration proceedings connected with construction of a power plant in the territory of Latin America;
- Russian-Israeli and Cypriot clients in a consolidated commercial arbitration under the LCIA rules arising from a joint venture agreement and related contracts in relation to the manufacture and sale of synthetic diamonds;
- Turkish claimants in an ICSID arbitration in relation to their BIT claims against a Central Asian country for the loss of their investments in three cotton plants.
