Andrew advises on the people aspects of complex corporate transactions, restructurings, and other strategic business events. He has significant experience advising clients on Africa-related matters and is co-chair of the firm's Africa Group, combining this with a broad international practice.
He advises on employment and pensions matters arising in cross-border transactions, reorganizations, and other strategic business initiatives, regularly working with multidisciplinary teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions.
In addition to transactional work, Andrew advises on a broad range of strategic matters, including risk transfer and liability management transactions, governance issues, regulatory matters, and complex disputes.
He also has experience in investment and asset management matters, having previously held a senior legal role at a leading financial institution.
Andrew is a regular speaker at industry conferences and professional forums. He has presented to the Law Council of Australia, the Association of Pensions Lawyers and the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association, among others.
