Johanna Möller is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution Practice and a member of the firm’s Global Investigations Group and Strategic Risk & Corporate Governance Group. She combines experience in managing sensitive cross-border internal investigations with advising clients in complex commercial and corporate litigation, both in and out of court.
Johanna regularly advises national and multinational companies as well as financial institutions in internal investigations, covering the full lifecycle of an investigation – from scoping, fact-finding and stakeholder management through to crisis management, interactions with regulators and subsequent disputes as well as post-investigation remediation. Her practice further includes preventive compliance advice, helping clients to design and strengthen their compliance and governance frameworks, including policies, processes, and reporting lines.
In addition, Johanna provides strategic litigation advice in contentious matters, advising and representing national and international clients in all areas of commercial and corporate law.
She speaks German, English and French.
