Tea Minovic

Tea is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group in our firm’s Amsterdam office. She advises and represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes including directors’ liability, inquiry proceedings at the Dutch Enterprise Chamber, (post-)M&A disputes, governance issues and general contractual and non-contractual liability issues.

Tea is member of the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association.
