Maxence is an Associate in our People and Reward practice in Paris.
He advises French and foreign companies and groups on matters relating to individual and collective employment relations, notably on issues relating to the performance of employment contracts, as well as the conduct of individual and collective dismissal procedures, reorganisation projects and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Maxence also represents his clients in individual and collective disputes, and assists them with the amicable resolution of disputes through the negotiation of settlement agreements.
He is fluent in French and English.
