Laura is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer, in the People and Reward practice. Her expertise spans a spectrum of traditional and innovative EU employment law aspects, including collective bargaining, mass redundancies, remunerations (i.e. pay transparency), working time regulations, impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace, platform work, and whistleblowing, to name a few.
Based in Paris, after many years in Brussels, Laura holds a global role, as part of which she analyses and transforms complex legal developments into actionable insights. She leads knowledge-sharing initiatives, develops and maintains knowledge products, coordinates cross-jurisdictional matters, and develops training for the firm's lawyers and clients. Laura also drives working groups and contributes to the firm's engagement with the wider legal community. This includes organisation of legal events and collaborations with legal publishers and partner firms worldwide.
Laura is a regular contributor to legal articles and thought leadership publications and has been involved in a number of LegalTech and pro bono initiatives.
She speaks English, French, Albanian, and Italian.
