About
Noah helps clients navigate complex regulatory and enforcement challenges arising from artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies.
His work spans compliance with rapidly evolving sanctions, export controls, and international trade regimes, as well as the emerging patchwork of AI-focused regulation. Across these areas, he counsels clients on modernizing their regulatory compliance programs and responding to government investigations and inquiries. He also engages directly with regulators to secure licenses and guidance, and translates legal developments into practical risk-mitigation measures designed to withstand a dynamic legal landscape. In addition, his experience includes an extended secondment in the compliance department of a client in the aviation industry.
Noah's pro bono work includes representing clients seeking to vindicate their civil rights and seeking asylum.
Noah speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
Noah is currently on client secondment.
