Mitchell Levinson

Mitchell is a law clerk in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice based in New York.

Before joining Freshfields, Mitchell was a Law Clerk for the Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia where he assisted with drafting motions and conducting client interviews. Mitchell also advocated for indigent clients while interning at the Defender Association of Philadelphia and participating in the Juvenile Justice Clinic at Texas Law.

Mitchell earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law where he served as a Symposium and Staff Editor for The Review of Litigation. He received his B.A. in historical studies from Bard College.
