Denise is a member of our energy regulatory practice group. She advises clients on energy regulatory issues and challenges under national and European law.
She frequently advises clients on the unbundling regime, the regulatory framework for renewable energies, the legal regime for low-carbon and renewable fuels and the regulatory regime for hydrogen infrastructure as well as on emissions trading and other aspects relevant for a successful energy transition.
She advises clients on the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of energy trading and supply contracts. Further, she advises clients on the compliance with REMIT as well as in relation to the interpretation and implementation of relevant changes in law.
