Rixa is part of our disputes and regulatory practice. She advises national and international companies on key regulatory risks, specialising in consumer law and product compliance, with a particular focus on the complex cross-border regulation of digital platforms and innovative technologies. Rixa brings an in-depth understanding of European law and is at the forefront of new and upcoming legislation under the EU Digital Strategy. While seconded to our Brussels office, she has collaborated closely with our Public Affairs team advising on emerging laws that have an impact on digital businesses. Beyond tech regulation, she possesses specific sector expertise in mobility.
