Anna is a Principal Associate in our disputes and global investigations groups based in our Berlin office.
Having started her professional career in the real estate group of an international law firm, Anna’s expertise now also lies in the comprehensive defence of clients in complex national and international disputes with a focus on commercial law. In addition, she has also experience in compliance advice, in particular in relation to ESG, and in conducting internal investigations.

- Conducting a highly complex cross-border investigation for a global industrial client on behalf of the supervisory board into allegations of potential non-compliance with regulatory requirements for various industrials products and representing the client vis-á-vis regulators and other authorities in various countries.
- Providing comprehensive compliance and investigations advice as well as overall strategic guidance for a multinational accounting firm in connection with the insolvency of a German DAX-listed company.
- Advising a global financial institution in connection with a whistleblower report.
- Coordinated UK and GER advice for an international insurance group on ESG risks.
- Advising a leading international tech client in relation to all aspects of consumer claims brought in Germany (including contract, tort and criminal law) on an ongoing basis.
- Providing comprehensive advice to a multinational accommodation and transport companyon consumer law issues in their respective European markets.
- Advising an international client in post M&A arbitration proceedings.

- Providing legal and strategic advice on the investigation of possible restitution of Nazi-confiscated and looted art belonging to victims of the Holocaust (Shoah).
