Tobias is a member of our Dispute Resolution Regulatory Group.
He provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of EU and German regulatory law, with a particular focus on product-related environmental laws and gambling law. Tobias also regularly advises clients on transportation law and product safety laws.
With a proven track record of guiding clients through regulatory risks, Tobias also represents clients in administrative proceedings and legal disputes. He is also experienced in advising international investors and companies on public law implications of cross‑border M&A transactions.
Tobias speaks German and English.
