Tobias is a Munich-based attorney in our People & Reward practice group and advises national and international clients in all fields of individual and collective employment law. His dedicated focus is on complex national and cross‑border M&A transactions and employee reorganisations, particularly in the context of carve-outs, joints ventures and functional outsourcing, including strategic advice, employment due diligences (buy- and sell-side), works council matters and post‑closing integration and harmonization. - TRATON in relation to the internal reorganisation of its group-wide R&D function at its four brand subsidiaries MAN, Scania, International Motors and Volkswagen Truck & Bus, including the carve-out of the Group R&D business from the respective brand entities into dedicated R&D entities in Germany, Sweden, and the US, including the transfer of employment relationships of more than 8,000 engineers;
- a leading German logistics company on the carve-out and hive down of its largest business unit into a dedicated subsidiary;
