• GPIX in its UNCITRAL arbitration against India relating to its investment in an Indian airport ground handling business.
• Akfel in its politically-sensitive investment treaty arbitration against Türkiye arising from the expropriation of its businesses (including the largest private natural gas importer in Türkiye and various infrastructure companies) on the basis of arbitrary terrorist allegations made by the Erdogan regime. 
• Tullow Oil in three parallel London-seat ICC arbitrations arising out of tax assessments issued by Ghana’s tax authorities in breach of tax protections in certain PSAs. 
• Sabafon in UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings against the Government of the Republic of Yemen arising out of the Yemen Investment Law in connection with Sabafon’s operation of a mobile telephone network in Yemen, in which the Tribunal rendered an award in favour of Sabafon.
• A State in an UNCITRAL arbitration against an investment treaty claim brought by an investor in the telecoms sector. 
• A life sciences company in a mediation and English court litigation arising from a collaboration agreement and sub-licensing agreement. 
• A multi-national conglomerate in the power and renewable energy sector in an ICC arbitration against another multi-national conglomerate arising out of an M&A transaction.
• A life sciences company in its defence of a US$800m post-M&A LCIA arbitration concerning alleged breaches of an interim covenant.
• An entertainment company in a London-seated ICC arbitration relating to a joint venture and licensing agreement governed by English law.
• A pharmaceutical company in a mediation and London-seated LCIA arbitration arising from a dispute under an asset purchase agreement governed by English law.
• A football club in a dispute against the Premier League under the Premier League rules.
