Douglas is an Associate in our London office, working in the Patent Litigation team.
He specialises in patent disputes across the technology and life sciences sectors.
Douglas has been instructed in relation to proceedings before the UK courts (up to and including the Supreme Court), the Unified Patent Court, and the CJEU.
Douglas currently sits on the IP Futures Committee, part of the IP Inclusive network.
He was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2021.
