Nathan is an Associate in our international arbitration group, based in Paris.
Nathan's practice focuses on complex international disputes, including investment treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration. He has represented clients in arbitration under ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL rules.
Nathan has represented and advised investors and companies across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure and real estate. His commercial arbitration experience includes disputes related to construction and post-M&A matters.
Nathan previously worked at our New York and Frankfurt offices. He speaks English, Spanish and French.

Nathan's experience includes advising/representing:
- Representing a contractor in an ICC arbitration relating to the construction of an industrial port in a North African country.
- A major U.S. oil company against a leading Latin American oil company in a New York-seated ICC arbitration under New York law relating to breaches of representations and warranties and corresponding indemnification obligations under a Share Purchase Agreement to buy a refinery located in the U.S.
- BA Desarrollos, a U.S. real estate investor, in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Argentina following the expropriation of its project in Buenos Aires.
- ADP International and VINCI Airports in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Chile relating to their investment in the company holding the Santiago airport concession.
