In addition to his strategic litigation practice, Dominik has particular expertise in designing and implementing tech-enabled solutions. Leading an interdisciplinary team of legal professionals, software developers, and data scientists, he has architected and successfully deployed numerous bespoke legal tech applications.

These applications are specifically designed for the efficient handling of mass claims and the analysis of complex technical evidence in patent litigation. He has a proven track record of deploying innovative tools, including proprietary AI-powered solutions, to optimise workflows, generate key insights from large datasets, and deliver successful outcomes for his clients.
