Vincenzo Finocchiaro is an Associate in the Italian People and Reward practice group, which he joined in 2023.
He advises leading domestic and international companies on all employment-related matters. He specialises in the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and the hiring and termination of top managers. He also deals with employment litigation on a regular basis.
Vincenzo holds a law degree from Luiss University and an LL.M. from King’s College London.
A native Italian speaker, he is also fluent in English.
