Rebecca is a Counsel in Freshfields' dispute resolution practice in London, specialising in the defence of complex and large-scale group litigation / mass claims, with a particular focus on consumer and product liability disputes.
She has particular expertise in relation to English group litigation having acted on two of the most high profile group actions in the High Court.
Rebecca’s experience also includes advising on multi-jurisdictional investigations involving allegations of bribery and corruption and related compliance risk management.
Rebecca regularly advises clients on all aspects of legal professional privilege, including in cross border and investigative contexts.
