Dr. Marie Drießnack is a member of our dispute resolution practice group and specialises in international arbitration, commercial litigation, class actions and complex mass proceedings.
Her practice includes business-to-business and business-to-consumer disputes in all areas of trade and business law. She has a particular focus on international arbitration cases, complex civil law cases with cross-border implications and cartel damage claims. She is a member of our firmwide international arbitration group as well as of our global antitrust litigation group.
She speaks German, English and Spanish, and is conversational in Swedish and French.
