Dr. Marie Drießnack is a member of our dispute resolution practice group and specialises in international arbitration, commercial litigation, class actions and complex mass proceedings.
Her practice focuses on international arbitration, in particular in post-M&A disputes, where she regularly represents clients in high-value, cross-border matters. She is a member of our firmwide international arbitration group. In addition, she advises on corporate law matters, including the preparation and handling of contentious issues in this field.
Beyond arbitration, Marie has broad experience in complex civil litigation, including business-to-business and business-to-consumer disputes across all areas of commercial and corporate law. Her work includes large-scale litigation projects, such as mass claims and collective redress proceedings with cross-border elements, as well as cartel damages actions. She is also a member of our global antitrust litigation group.
She has advised clients across a range of industries, including energy, consumer products, automotive, infrastructure and mining.
Marie speaks German, English and Spanish, and is conversational in Swedish and French.
