Paola De Marzo

Paola is a senior associate in our Milan office and assists Italian and multinational companies in civil, financial, insurance and commercial disputes both before Italian Courts and arbitral panels.

She is specialized in the areas of contractual and tort liability, corporate affairs, construction and infrastructure claims.

In the last few years, Paola has been assisting companies in claims and litigation related to product liability and production/distribution of medical devices. Her experience also includes representing clients in class action proceedings and mass claims in the area of consumer protection law.

Paola also deals with negotiation and drafting of commercial and settlement agreements.
