Monica is a law clerk in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice based in the New York office.
Prior to Freshfields, Monica was a student attorney at the Supreme Court Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law as well as the Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanors. Monica participated in Freshfields summer associate program where she researched AI regulations in healthcare.
Monica received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Articles Editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights. Monica earned her B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
