Simon is an Associate in the Capital Markets practice and a member of our Global M&A and Capital practice.
He advises on equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as on capital markets compliance. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Simon served as a trainee in the Frankfurt and New York offices of Freshfields.
He speaks German, English and Spanish.
