About
Noorie is a law clerk in Freshfields’ Dispute Resolution practice group based in New York.
Prior to her time at Freshfields, Noorie was a legal intern for the prestigious International Law and Human Rights Fellowship where she researched international law pertaining to women’s rights in the Global South, contributing research and analysis regarding member states’ adherence to recommendation proposed by the UN’s Universal Periodic Review process. As a Pro Bono Scholar, Noorie contributed legal research and briefing on a federal class action lawsuit challenging systematic over-detention and state policies enabling a forced labor scheme.
Noorie earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Haverford College as a Magill-Rhoads scholar. During law school, Noorie served as an advocate for the Immigrant Rights Clinic.
