Tom is a senior associate in our environmental, products and regulatory group within our dispute resolution practice in London.
During his time at Freshfields, Tom has spent six months on secondment to the firm's Hong Kong office.

- Volkswagen in its defence of the NOx emissions group action litigation in England and Wales.
- A healthcare company in co-ordinating its defence of product liability claims in a large number of markets outside North America.
