Tani Berkowitz

Tani is an Associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in San Francisco. He assists clients with antitrust matters and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Tani was an Associate at another law firm where he authored pretrial and trial motions, appellate briefs, and managed discovery for complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal matters, and pro bono cases. He also served as a trial team member in high-stakes commercial litigation and voter suppression challenges, argued motions in state and federal courts, and conducted witness examinations during federal trial. Most recently, Tani was a law clerk to the Hon. Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the Northern District of California.
