Dr. Anita Bell

Anita is a Principal Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice and specialises in complex domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration across all areas of business and commercial law. She acts for national and international clients from a broad range of industries, including automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and technology.

A particular focus of Anita's practice is high-profile product liability disputes, including mass claims and supplier disputes following global recalls. She has extensive experience in coordinating parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. She develops holistic defence strategies that integrate litigation and crisis management, helping clients protect their commercial and reputational interests.

Anita is a member of our Product Risk Team and co-editor of the Journal for Product Compliance (ZfPC, Nomos). She has been repeatedly recognised by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt in Germany as one of the "Ones to Watch" in dispute resolution.
