Fulwah is an Associate in our International Arbitration Group, Global Projects Disputes Practice, and Global Investigations Practice.
Fulwah advises clients on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, with a focus on dispute resolution, international arbitration, and commercial litigation.
Fulwah also works in the investigations practice, advising on matters relating to data protection, anti-money laundering, and broader regulatory compliance. She regularly assists clients with navigating Saudi Arabian and UAE regulatory frameworks, including complex cross-border compliance and internal investigations.
Fulwah is fluent in Arabic and English and is licensed to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Fulwah’s disputes experience:
- Advising a consortium on risk analysis and legal strategy for submitting claims under procurement regulations for a major infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.
- Advising a JV company on dispute strategy and claims regarding financial entitlements and payment mechanisms in relation to works at a major airport in the UAE.
- Advising a UAE company on drafting and coordinating an operations and maintenance (O&M) contract for a major infrastructure project, including guidance on compliance with UAE law.
- Advising a leading global construction company in a dispute with a Middle Eastern governmental entity regarding significant delay and entitlement to extensions of time.
- Advising a subcontractor on issues relating to contract termination, arbitration options, and ongoing entitlements under a major infrastructure project in the UAE.
- Advising a European technology company on litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and global settlement options in relation to legal proceedings and enforcement challenges in MENA.

- Advising a major oil and gas company in the UAE on the processing and transfer of personal data under Saudi Arabia’s data protection law and neighboring jurisdictions.
- Advising a UK-based charitable foundation on ensuring its licensing agreement is compliant with Saudi’s data protection laws.
- Advising a UK medical company launching new medical technology in Saudi Arabia on processing sensitive data and ensuring compliance with Saudi’s rules for international data transfers.
