Freshfields advises Recordati, a CVC Capital Partners Fund VII portfolio company, on the acquisition of EUSA Pharma for an enterprise value of €750 million
Freshfields has advised Recordati Industria Chimica e Farmaceutica S.p.A. (Recordati), a portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners Fund VII, managed by one of the world’s leading private equity and investment advisory firms, on its agreement to acquire EUSA Pharma (UK) Limited (EUSA Pharma) for an enterprise value of €750 million.

The cross-border Freshfields team is being led by private equity partners Charles Hayes and Luigi Verga, alongside London partners David Brooks and Jill Gatehouse, senior associates Maria Ledeneva, Vittoria Deregibus and Jeff Jay, and associates Yvonne Barry, Giulio Politi, Philip Roberts, Rohan Jerath and Vanessa Bailey.
