Fabian represents German and international clients in complex domestic and cross-border commercial litigation.
Fabian advises international tech companies on liability and litigation risks arising from new regulatory frameworks. This covers proceedings against the respective regulators and their actions, as well as all stages of private enforcement, including pre-litigation, mediation and litigation. Fabian also has extensive experience in defending clients against mass claims and in developing successful cross-border litigation strategies, particularly in the automotive and financial sectors.
