Shannon is an associate in our New York office, where her practice focuses on internal white-collar investigations, complex commercial litigation, and securities litigation. During law school, Shannon served as Co-Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.

- A hedge fund in connection with claims of alleged securities law violations, with the plaintiff seeking over $450 million in disgorgement;
- A global public technology company in its efforts to acquire as asset in bankruptcy proceedings;
- A hedge fund in connection with investigating and identifying sources of harassment directed against the principal and his family;
- An investment company facing allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty before the Delaware Court of Chancery; and
- A privately held US-based company seeking to sell an asset, including strategic advice on litigation diligence.
