About
Bettina is Counsel in Freshfields' Dispute Resolution practice.
She advises on mass litigation and class actions, together with the related strategic and commercial issues, and supports clients on legal project management and the development of legal tech tools for complex, cross-border and cross-practice disputes. She has particular expertise in business and human rights matters and the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms associated with them, and acts as arbitrator in ICC, DIS and ad hoc proceedings, with a focus on distribution law and post-M&A disputes.
Bettina is fluent in German, English and French.
