Niklas Luft is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice group and specialises in national and international litigation and arbitration. He advises and represents domestic and international clients on civil and commercial disputes both in and out of court.
Since joining Freshfields, Niklas has gained extensive experience in the defense of internet and data protection claims. Prior to joining Freshfields, he gained extensive experience as a in-house lawyer at a national sports governing body and a commercial law firm specialising in dispute resolution.
Niklas speaks German, English and Italian.
