Ed specialises in complex criminal and regulatory investigations and litigation for investment banks and major financial services companies, often with a cross-border dimension. 

Ed has a particular interest in, and advises on, matters relating to bribery and corruption, business and human rights, complex financial products and trading structures, public disclosures, governance systems and controls and duties owed to regulators.
