Elena Hadjimichael

Elena defends some of the world’s most prominent tech companies, and their boards and officers, in high-stakes securities disputes. With a sharp understanding of federal securities laws and the corporate laws of Delaware and Nevada, Elena helps her clients navigate the spectrum of securities-related legal issues: shareholder litigation (derivative and class actions), internal investigations, books and records inspections, and corporate governance challenges. In her corporate advisor role, she focuses on preventing disputes and finding unconventional solutions to cutting-edge corporate problems.

Before relocating to our Silicon Valley office, Elena was an associate in New York, where she represented financial institutions and major corporations in complex commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, and government investigations. As a result, Elena brings a well-rounded business perspective to her West Coast practice. Elena has also written many amicus curiae briefs in trial and appellate courts, including the US Supreme Court.

In her spare time Elena enjoys cooking marathons involving Greek and Persian family recipes.
