Rachel is a senior associate in our disputes team in London.
She joined the firm in 2015 and specialises in product liability, consumer protection and advertising issues across a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail, life sciences, energy and tech. She also advises on ESG-related litigation risks, with a particular focus on human rights and climate change issues.
Her practice involves handling a broad range of disputes, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation, as well as non-contentious risk management and advisory work. She has experience of acting for clients in litigation, non-judicial dispute processes such as National Contact Point complaints under the OECD Guidelines, and advising clients on regulatory proceedings with bodies such as the ASA and the CMA.
She is also involved in the Freshfields Aspiring Professionals programme and in our Stephen Lawrence Scholarship programme.
