He regularly acts for multinational companies in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust damages claims, corporate and financial disputes, and contentious matters in regulated sectors. His experience includes advising on large-scale follow-on litigation, challenges to public takeover bids, and disputes involving digital platforms and major airlines.
Manuel has represented automotive manufacturers, industrial groups and leading online businesses in strategically significant proceedings, often involving multiple claimants and complex legal and economic issues.
Manuel is admitted to practice law in Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a basic knowledge of German.
