Relocating to Dubai

I joined Freshfields in 2023 as a personal assistant, embarking on an exciting new chapter of my life. I made the bold move from London to Dubai, embracing the opportunity to live in the sun whilst working for one of the most respectable firms. Freshfields were supportive throughout the relocation process. 

 Balance

Dubai has a great work-life balance, and Freshfields really supports this. The firm's culture encourages flexibility and hybrid working, so I can fully immerse myself in my work while also making time to enjoy the city. I find it easy to maintain that balance and enjoy both my professional and personal life.

Skills

My role is varied, dealing with travel, calendar management, matter management and billing. I love being part of the MENA Social Committee. Being part of this group allowed me to contribute to the planning of the MENA End of Year Party, which was a success and helped me to gain experience in event planning!
