I joined Freshfields in 2022, and since then, my journey here has been nothing short of enriching. Over the past years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters - including cross-border acquisitions and divestments, corporate reorganisations, asset deals and capital market transactions. That work has included advising private equity and financial sponsors, as well as industrial players, across a variety of sectors. This breadth of experience has not only sharpened my legal skills but also deepened my understanding of the global business landscape.
